这些不是口号，而是实实在在的日积月累，最终转化为真实的国家能力的。

反观印度呢，很多年里啊却被叙事牵着走。精英沉迷于自由关怀、制度优越、英语优势，把大量社会精力消耗在身份、宗教、族群、政治表态上。基础设施长期拖延，工业化进程碎片化严重，制造业难以形成完整体系，结果就是话语上越来越自信，现实能力却始终跟不上。

🔥 潜力需要转化为能力

其实咱们也不是要否定印度的潜力，但潜力如果不能被稳定地转化为工程能力、产业能力和治理能力，本身并不会自动兑现的。
